Andrea spent over 15 years as a Global Senior Manager at Accenture, including serving as global faculty for Accenture's Design Thinking practice — facilitating C-suite and senior-leadership sessions for Accenture clients such as Microsoft, Kellogg's, CEMEX, Honeywell, and MetLife. She holds ICF ACC and CTI/Co-Active CPCC coaching credentials, is a LUMA Institute Design Thinking Certified Instructor & Practitioner, an Institute for the Future Certified Futurist, and holds a nervous-system regulation certification.
