ACT Power Coaching ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This notice explains what happens when you use this website.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we receive the information you enter (name, company, role, and the problem you describe) when you submit it. If you book a call through our Calendly link, Calendly collects scheduling information directly; see Calendly's privacy policy. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you send.
What we don't do
We don't use cookies or tracking scripts to build advertising profiles. We don't sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
How we use it
We use it solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver and manage the coaching engagement. Session content from coaching engagements is governed separately by the ICF Code of Ethics and the confidentiality terms in your engagement agreement, not by this notice.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete any information you've sent us that hasn't yet led to an engagement by emailing hello@actpowercoaching.com.
