For Executives

Coaching for the moment your role outgrew your playbook

You didn't get worse at your job. The job changed — a new audience, new visibility, new stakes — faster than anyone officially redesigned it around you. That gap is what brings most leaders to this work, not a personal failing.

What is this environment actually generating in you, and does it deserve that adaptation?

Who this is for

Leaders navigating a real context shift: a promotion into unfamiliar territory, a reorg that changed who you report to and how, or a role that quietly expanded until it no longer fit. You're looking for support that treats you as capable and the situation as genuinely different — not a program that assumes you need fixing.

What this work assumes about you

  • You're not broken.

You're a capable, intelligent person navigating a complex system. That's the starting point, not something you have to prove.

  • Your reactions are data, not a weakness.

Feeling scattered, on edge, or unable to think strategically isn't a character flaw; it's real information about your environment. Learning to read it is part of the work.

  • You can't choose your way out of something you haven't seen clearly.

Before any strategy, the work is to get an accurate picture of what's actually happening — not a story about your capacity.

  • You have real options, not just endurance.

Once the situation is clear, there are always three genuine paths: change what you can influence, stay and accept the cost with open eyes, or leave. This work helps you choose deliberately, not default to whichever one feels safest.

How this works

The approach starts with your context, not a generic skills inventory: what actually changed, what it's costing you, and what's yours to influence versus what isn't. From there, the work is specific to your situation — real communications, real decisions, real relationships — not abstract theory.

This is coaching, not therapy. If something surfaces that needs clinical support, it will be named plainly rather than worked around.

Everything in session stays confidential, in accordance with ICF coaching standards. If your company is involved, they see logistics and general progress — never session content.

Two ways to start

Through your company

Many leaders are referred — or self-refer — through an internal leadership-development or HR-sponsored program. If your organization already works with ACT Power, or you'd like to propose that it do, I can provide what you need to make that case internally.

On your own

If this isn't something your company sponsors — or you'd rather keep it entirely separate from your employer — you're welcome to engage directly.

Engagement model

Individual programs consist of six initial sessions focused on coaching and context assessment, designed to raise awareness and take action on your immediate, tactical concerns. After addressing these issues, the next six sessions explore the underlying strategic patterns that caused the tactical problems. Most participants who complete the full program continue with monthly check-ins to strengthen and leverage the strategic shift once the initial pressures fade.

The full program is priced by scope, with twelve sessions across both phases, or the first six as a standalone tactical phase. Investment is confirmed once we've scoped your needs.
